Hyde Park’s going to explode with activity over July. The renowned hive of activity and one the London’s biggest and best parks is due to be taken over with a fantastic variety of sounds, tastes and visual delights. This all brought to you by Barclaycard presents British Summer Time.
The likes of Massive Attack, Florence and the Machine, Kendrick Lamar, Carole King, Mumford and Sons, Take That, Stevie Wonder and loads more will be gracing the stage over the start of July (Massive Attack will even be offering free transport due to the sold out gig at Bristol Downs, click here for more information) but what do we do in between these weekends I hear you ask? Well, they’ve got that covered too.
Open House hosts a wide range of free events and activities to help you make the most of the long days and warm summer evenings! Whether it’s the hugely popular outdoor cinema where you can grab your blanket and snuggle up for the evening, or the ‘back by popular demand’ Rockaoke. All bases will be covered, and more. You can also live the high life and soak up London's skyline 100ft up in the sky…

If it’s food you’re after – you’ll need to make space for the culinary choices on offer. They’ve handpicked some of the finest street food traders in London. Bad Brownie, Tongue ‘n Cheek, Holy Cow, Smokestak and Waffle On are just some of the many stalls that will be dishing up delights.
Not enough? There’s also a selection of educational talks, horticulture discussions and demonstrations on offer. And to top it off, flying trapeze lessons – yeah, you read that correctly.
