City Splash celebrates the impact of Caribbean and African culture in the UK and beyond. Situated in Brockwell Park, London, the festival creates a space for the community to pay homage to pioneering sounds that raised generations and has become the largest one-day Caribbean and African music festival globally. Today City Splash announced an incredible first wave of artists for their 2026 lineup, including lovers rock legend Beres Hammond, Jamaica’s own Gyptian, and dancehall star Jada Kingdom.

An icon of the culture, Beres Hammond will be gracing the main stage at City Splash this year for his inaugural festival headline. After 8 long years, the ‘Rock Away’ vocalist will be returning for his exclusive UK performance in the heart of Brixton. A household name to the community, Beres Hammond has been inspiring others with his roots reggae, and lovers rock melodies since the 70’s.

Alongside Beres, Jamaica’s own Gyptian - the artist responsible for hits such as ‘Hold You’ and ‘Beautiful Lady’ - will be appearing in Brockwell Park, and joining the lineup is dancehall star Jada Kingdom, who will be making her City Splash debut in May.

Also performing this May Bank Holiday, is the ever-conscious reggae artist Queen Ifrica, and legendary roots act The Congos, the trio responsible for the highly-influential album ‘Heart Of The Congos’.

Joining the celebration of Caribbean and African culture and music is Spanish Town’s own Lutan Fyah, esteemed producer Juls, UK legends Lisa Maffia, Romeo & Dandaman (So Solid Crew), plus the likes of Jeleel! with his high energy and onstage antics, the 23 year old local legend Cristale, and UK rising star Wohdee.

As well as an incredible selection of live acts, City Splash has unveiled the first wave of soundsystems, selectors, and MC’s who will be making an appearance at Brockwell Park.
