It’s summertime, the sun’s out and what better way than to spend it than by the beach. What more, why not include a music festival within that too! Here are some of the best beachside music festivals in England this summer.

Goldcoast Oceanfest – 16th - 18th June 2017 – South England

Electric Beach Festival - 16th – 17th June 2017 – South England

Self-proclamed to be one of the best UK beach parties, there’s a blend of hip hop, reggae, dance and more – all amongst the lapping waves and sandy beaches. They’ll be cocktails, beers, ciders and parties that go on all through the night.

Victorious Festival – 25th – 27th August 2017 – South England

Mouth Of The Tyne Festival 6th – 9th July 2017 – North England

Mouth of the Tyne Festival returns this summer with spectacular live music at Tynemouth Priory & Castle, special shows at Playhouse Whitley Bay, arts activities at Tynemouth Station, as well free street entertainment.

Boardmasters – 9th – 14th August 2017 – South England

This music festival really knows how to balance sun, sea and beats. There are surf tournaments, beachside bbqs, action sportsand club sessions to name but a few of the activities, this all alongside a stellar line-up. Laid back partying at its best.

Tunes In The Dunes – 30th June – 2nd July 2017 – South England

With three miles of golden sands, Perranporth beach is a spectacular playground for the whole family. Take a surf in some of the best waves in the country or swim in the natural tidal pool at Chapel Rock. It’s the perfect place to watch the sun go down at the end of the day!

Whitby Folk Festival - 19th - 25th August 2017 - North England

For 7 days the whole town is taken over with hundreds of events - from traditional dance and contemporary folk all the way through to a range of creative workshops and storytelling. Make the most of the beaches and the ruins of the old town.

Loving The Beach Festival - 8th July 2017 - South England

Blackpool Sands will play host to the first ever event, providing a picturesque backdrop for what is set to be a memorable summer event for all the family. Festival goers can expect an array of musical entertainment with spectacular sea views, a Bays Brewery drinks tent, delicious local food by Venus, plus a whole host of demos and activities throughout the day.
