Welshpool Country and Western Music Festival

The festival is organised by the Heulwen Trust which ios a charity formed in 1985. The festival is their main fund raising activity and they use the profits from the festival to bring enjoyment and pleasure to people who are less abled than most by providing trips along the Montgomery Canal. These trips are completely free of charge, and to date tens of thousands of people, of all ages, have been able to take advantage of the Trust’s facilities.
